So today I am going in a little different direction in terms of my post. I want to talk about something that has become such a huge part of my life and sanity. So what keeps me sane? I have one word. Meditation. Now, I know what you may be thinking, who has time for that?! Especially with our crazy schedules, and when we are so connected with the world virtually, how do we find time to meditate? Well, I am here to share a secret with you that can change your perception of peace of mind. I am not telling you to sit down in a quiet corner of a room in total and complete silence for an hour or two. I am just asking you to do yourself and your mind a favor – give yourself 10 minutes. Yes, 10 minutes is all it takes!
